Open Question: how can i get treatment for systemic yeast or candida?
I believe that a have a systemic yeast problem, which I really want to get sorted out. I have nutritional supplements and follow an anti-candida diet but i've heard that you really need nystatin to completely rid yourself of the yeast problem. but doctors don't believe in candidiasis, so how can i get a prescription for nystatin? has anyone tried any of the yeast diets with success? thanks! moreOpen Question: Candida Questions...need help with these..?
i read that candida albicans yeast loves highly acidic environments, is this true? i also read that reducing the pH levels with alkaline environment can reduce they growth and starve them of nutrients when combined with not eating any sugar or anything with yeast in it.....is this true? if so potassium is a alkaline, does this mean lots of bananas would be a good addition to probiotics and a diet without bread, or sugar would eliminate them? any outlook on this would be great..... thanks moreResolved Question: Yeast or UTI I dont know? Is it serious? Anyone else been through simular experiances?
Ok so.. I'm a 21 year old Male. I've had this awesome penis infection thing for almost 3 months now and this is how it began.. The week i broke up with my stuipid ex i was in feeling pritty down depressed and shit i dont know if that has anything to do with it but yea that was on the tuesay and i was going through all hell all week like i never have had before trying to sort things out and wat not.. on the friday during the day i felt a weird feeling inside my penis it was odd but thought nothing of it... the days goes i come home talk with the ex and we officially split blah blah. that night i went out with the boys hit it hard drugs and alcohole while having this increasing penis pain i related it to past times while on drugs it being hard to urinate so i didnt thing much of it at all. the next day my penis is really sore like never before i had a play around and had a look at it and my whole phead was really RED and SORE and SMELLY I'm guessing the drugs lowered my immune system and the rash broke through. Instant paranoia.. i thought i had caught an std of my ex. (i had a bloodtest for stds on the same week we broke up cause i found out she slept with someone else a few months back- all resaults came back negative). then i remembered that the last time we had sex which was the previous weekend something funny and odd happened - while we were having intercorse she complained about it being very painful, kept having sex then i had to go pee... i went to the toilet turned on the light and i looked at my bloke meat and i yelled 'WTF!' there was hair all over it like long hairs.. it was in our friends spare bed so we dont know how long or how the hair got there if it was hers or yea.. just dont know. the whole weekend she could not walk properly cause of her pain in her secret spots, by the end of the weekend she was ok but i complained about a little itch during the week nothing wild just extremly mild discomfort under my forskin. I'm not saying these experiances cause my problem i'm just giving out details to try understand wat could of happened. Ok back to the weekend of my awesome thrush. after my weird symptoms i went to see a doc the next day to get my resaults from my blood test everything came back negative and i'm due for the 3month HIV test in 2 weeks. i told him about my condition he had a look and diagnosed me with candida game me cream 'Hydrozol' and gave me antibiotics cause he said i might have 'early signs of UTI'. The cream helped heaps the pain went the rash went, the pain inside faded after the 5-7day antibiotic. then boom a week later its back inside pain is not wild but discomforting i left it thinking it would just go away if i drank heaps of water. about a month later i went to see my actual doc told him everything and made be do a midstream urine test resaults came back negative. then he prescribed me Nizoral 30 yeast infection course and Mircodantin 10day with another 10day repeat just incase my prostate is playing out or something. first week on the pills i felt much better but then for some reson halfway through my second course on macrodantin shit gets even worse and i could feel pain in my balls the spot between my penis and balls pulses with pain some days and thrush pops up everytime i have happytime so i'm guessing its even in my sprem. I'm on my last day of macrodantin and i is worryied still have 11 more pills on Nizoral. All my other blood tests are 110% liver is 110% i'm a fit hard working class man, i work out everyday, i have an amazing diet. what is wrong? stressing too much? i hope its not signs of HIV!? is it something i'm eating or taking? There was a 3 month period where i was taking Cell Biology - Metaslim B2 which increases metabolisum. gives you energy whilst exersice and increases blood presure through the roof. I'm just seriously over it.. moreResolved Question: candida yeast infection diet?

20 year old female, chronic thrush sufferer. MARRIED, tend to develop thrush symtoms day after intercourse. became very noticible when bouts of thrush became more intense and more frequent. It began from a thrush infection, petri dish results came back from the lab specifying that i had a "heavy overgrowth of candida albicans", this was almost 3 weeks ago. For many years from ages 14-till now (20) i have suffered from reoccuernt bouts of thrush, usually minor enough to be treated by 6 day course of canesten cream and which always clears up after treatment. I was just routinely tested for clamidyia, herpes virus 1 and 2, hiv, bacterial vaginosis, uti (urinary tract in fection) and they all came back negative. (A HEAVY OVERGROWTH OF CANDIDA ALBICANS) was THE CULPRIT. i dont smoke or drink, am not on the pill, i dont have diabetes but i do suffer from stress and anxiety and hypoglycemia as well as love my chocolate and coffee a little too much. i wear cotton undies, dont wash my vagina with anything other than water, i both eat yoghurt and apply it topically. i am taking inner health plus capsules every day to help my body build up its good bacteria. i eat a lot of garlic, am now bathing in baths containing apple cider vinigar and baking soda. i am now boiling my water, drinking more than 2 litres a day and cutting out all suger, caffeine and antibiotic containing foods such as red meat chicken, eggs and naturally ALL YEAST CONTAINING PRODUCTS. i am up to my wits end with pain when i pass urine even though i have been tested for a UTI twice now and they both came back negative. i have a CONSTANT BURNING SENSATION on the outsie lips of my vulva that periodically worsens in bouts of varying intentisity. BUT THE BURNING IS ALWAYS THERE!!!. i am going to see a specialist however, the doctors are saying that i should be sitting on their side of the desk consisdering i have researched so much to help myself but they just prescribe one treatment at a time to no avail. TREATMENTS I HAVE USED i have used canesoral duo (oral capsule and topical cream) 3 days later no improvement, canesten 3 day cream, 3 days later no improvement, visit to the doctor again prescribed NILSTAT for a course of 14 days, burning began to get worse whilst using the cream so i stopped went to a different doctor and was prescribed orzole oral capsule and canesten 6 day pessary (the ones u insert in the vagina) no improvement. so back to the doctor and was prescribed boric acid (14 day course). Am currently on my 4th day of treatment and symptoms have remained the same-constant burning-worse when i URINATE-fluctuaing in levels of intensity. i am extreamily depressed and have suicidal thoughts. on top of this my anxiety is playing up and making it terribly hard to keep up with anything in my daily life. i have drastically changed my diet to kill the candida yeast and am taking antifungal herbal teas from the naturopath to help elliminate the fungal infection in my body. i am suffering really bad withdrawal symptoms for sugar and coffee which is only making the process worse. i feel as though the doctors have not a clue about how to really help or treat reoccurent thrush infections and that really brings out my anxiety and fear levels further. i feel really alone. it is ruining my sex life, my social life, my studies, my work and my will to live. the fact that i have tried all these treatments and still no relief makes me think is it possible to burn myself with the amount of differnt treatments i have used? AND HENCE THE BURNING SENSATION NOW? then i think its not possible because my body would have healed itself now if that was the case. could i have possibly cut myself when pushing the dry applicator into my vagina and irritated it? OR IS IT ANOTHER CONDITION ALLTOGETHER? i was GOOGLING CONSTANT VAGINAL BURNING and reaults came back about a condition called VULVODYNIA where for some unknown reason a womans vagina is constantly irritated, burning and sore. apparently the doctors dont know much about that condition either and only prescribe antidepresents anyway. apparently reoccurent vaginal yeast infections (thrush) can bring VULVODYNIA) ON. does any one have any INTRICATE advice about reoccurent thrush infections and CONSTANT VAGINAL BURNING? believe you me i have researched nealry all there is to know about canida thrush infections but all the information is so general and reapeated. WHAT CAN I DO TO FASTEN THE HEALING PROCESS? all these drastic changes to my diet and lifestyle are so draining and in my fragile state it is hard not to feel suicidal and totally alone. I HAVE COMPLAINED SO MUCH THAT MY HUSBAND IS NOW IMMUNE TO MY SUFFERING STATE AND I FEEL EVEN FURTHER ISOLATED. I have chronic bad breath with a white coating on my tongue that will not come off when I scrape it. I've had this problem for about 10 years but never knew anything about Candida. This morning when I woke up, I did a spit test and my spit was a bit stringy. Does this automatically mean that I have Candida? I don't really seem to have any other problems but this bad breath will not go away and I know it's not due to oral health because my mouth is in great condition. Should I go to the doctor? Could he prescribe me something to get rid of the yeast? Or do I need to follow a strict anti-Candida diet? Do you think going on this diet would help with my breath? I've already cut out dairy and any food items with dairy in it. I'm still eating meat...chicken, beef, etc. moreResolved Question: How do you tell when my Candida yeast infection is gone???
Hello, I need a little help with finding out how I know my oral yeast infection (Candida) is gone. I've been on a VERY strict diet of almost only veggies, a few raw nuts, and some berries, which are permitted on the diet due to their low sugar content. I've been on this diet for a week and feel great! However, I'm afraid that once I go back to my regular vegan diet including fruits and grains, that the Candida will come back. Does anyone know how to tell when it's gone?? My throat is clear, my tongue is almost completely better, but I just don't know. I'm afraid to risk it. If anyone has any answers or suggestions I would be extremely appreciative...we have quite a few family functions coming up and I would be miserable if I couldn't partake in some of the foods. :( Thanks to anyone who can help!!!! moreResolved Question: Mysterious Instant Stomach Troubles
Going to be as brief as possible: 21, male, healthy. Large build 230, 6'2. Drank wine a bit consistently for 5-6 months, no problems. Drank other hard liquor in the past, no problems. Tried Gin on June 6th, half a bottle (Seagram's Extra Dry mixed with lemon juice and ginger ale..I don't usually mix, was doing so for fun). Immediately noticed I had to keep taking deep breaths/out of breath sensation, stopped. Not sure if the Japanese food (sushi etc.) could've had an impact. Drank Jack Daniels and rot gut vodka before, so it was not a matter of tolerance or alcohol exposure. Next day woke up to a feeling below the throat, felt like a constant need to cough. Went to the doctor...EKG, Chest X-Ray, Barium Swallow, Spirometer/Flow Meter (lung test), Gallbladder Liver scan, all negative. Endoscopy showed a very very small 3-4 cm sliding hiatal hernia, deemed asymptomatic (does not produce symptoms) as it was so small it didn't even show on the Barium Swallow X-ray. Endoscopy showed no irritation, irregularities or inflammation. Allergy tests showed nothing, Clarinex did nothing. Symptoms are: Constant cough/irritation between collar bones, murky/powdery stools (as if you were to flush powder from the bottom of the toilet bowl and it billows up), sinus congestion, excessive burping, extreme fatigue, minor heart palpitations, yellow/white coated tongue, hurts to take a deep breath. Spaced out/tired after eating, worse than the "after turkey meal feeling". Excessive salivation/sweet tasting salivation. Hear an intermittent sound like gas escaping through my esophagus to my neck when I lie down. No heartburn whatsoever. Odd sour taste at back of mouth. No history of any problems, no history of hypochondria, not psychological (Ativan and other sedatives did nothing). Antibiotics did nothing. A homeopath suggested Nux Vomica, did nothing but calm me mentally. Acid reflux/GERD was suggested, took Prilosec, Zantac, Pepcid AC, no effect. Moved to PPI's (strongest stuff they got), Protonix/Aciphex/Zegerid, did nothing. It has been 2 months, the symptoms persist despite diet changes. Suggestions regarding a decrease in weight were made. Factors of environment include mold under my water bed that has grown over the years due to frequent popping of the tubes. A plan to replace the bed is underway. It has been suggested that the mold is causing this, or perhaps a Candida Albicans yeast overgrowth, however, the reaction to the Gin was sudden, instant, and very acute. I felt no symptoms whatsoever prior to consumption. 5 doctors, a gastroenterologist, a pulmonary specialist, 10 health coach's/nurses from the insurance company, a renowned medical researcher, and a famous health expert who exposed a pharmaceutical scam had no clue whatsoever, and were completely baffled. I have gotten some guidance from a Chinese medicine woman/acupuncturist and am undergoing treatment through TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Nevertheless, I am asking for your opinions. Do not tell me I have "GERD" or "acid reflux disease", those ailments are not diseases, and my symptoms/tests defy such a diagnosis. I am more knowledgeable about Acid Reflux/GERD than most doctors at this point, and I know I don't have it. I know every test used to detect it, and every "health tip" recommended for it, so don't waste my time or yours by spamming it. I am looking for alternative causes. Thank you Looking for more answers moreResolved Question: Clogged digestive system?
So heres a little background... I realized I probably have a problem with Candida (yeast) overgrowth due to antiobiotic use a while back, sinus infections, and a diet full of dairy, meat, and processed foods instead of fruits and vegetables (and low fiber). Before I started any type of treatment for this, my "stools" were irregular, maybe 2 times in 3 days, and I would often either be constipated or have really loose, smelly diahrrea (sorry). I first started on the Candida Diet and only ate berries, meat, vegetables, and everything else in extreme moderation (except for some alcohol on the weekends). I then started using Candida Clear by NOW, its a blend of potent anti-fungal herbs which got pretty good reviews. I started taking this to help with the Candida, and thought I would also do a colon cleanse concurrently to make sure there wasnt some kind of blockage making my candida worse. I used Oxy-Powder, which uses ozone (oxygen) to cleanse the digestive system. I think my bowels might really be screwed up though, because when I took the recomended dose (4) I didnt get much results. Once I upped it to 8 pills, I got the effects I had expected but while it said to expect 3 bowel movements a day, I still only got 1 or 2. I also take Dr. Ohhira's probiotics to help replenish the good baceria. Together, this approach led me to lose a lot of waterweight and my acne got MUCH better over a week or two. After doing this for a while I decided to use a psyllium (fiber) based colon cleanser to see if it would work better than the oxy-powder. I am still taking Candida-fighting pills but now taking psyllium twice a day. I expected this to increase my bowel movements and maybe even pull out a few "ropes" like you see from Colonix (psyllium is the main ingredient in the system). None of this has happened - since I started taking the psyllium I have felt bloated around my midsection and clogged up. I've gone back to only having bowel movements of about 2 in 3 days. Now my main question is: could the candida be why I am so clogged up? Could it be from eating too much meats? What should I do now? I just want to clear out my gut, and now I'm afraid the psyllium I thought would help is lodged in there and might not come out... what supplements could help? moreResolved Question: colon, liver, and Candida yeast cleanse?

Please do not recommend colon cleanses or herbal remedies, they don't work for me, I have tried them ALL. I have tried all the special diets too.I have had this problem for 17 years and it is in the colon / upper intestine.I have had 2 colonoscopies in the last 3 years. They saw nothing weird, but you cannot detect candida that way, or so I have heard. I do not have vaginal yeast infections ironically, probably because my urine is super acidic, but I see symptoms all throughout my body in the last year that the yeast has infiltrated my system. I have read The Yeast Syndrome by Towbridge and done extensive research, but I think the best answers come from others who have used medicines themselves.I have used the highest level probiotics that helped, but did not resolve it. I know of Nystatin and Fluconazole, but have yet to try. Need a recommend.Oh and my doctor(s) do not believe in this particular strain of candida and do not want to prescribe anything due to the cost of it. Nice huh? Thanks for the answers so far, but I am NOT guessing anything. I was diagnosed 8 years ago as having this and lost my health insurance right after that, so I had no continuing treatment. My current doctors don't want to deal with it due to cost and their beliefs and changing doctor's is not easy as I am not on insurance even now. Also taking any type of active probiotic is a waste of time until the Candida is killed off. My original doctor way back told me that and all the medical websites confirm it. You are wasting your money buying or taking anything to balance the intestines until the die off happens from the drug treatments. The Candida will just kill off the healthy bacteria as it is so much stronger. It appears that Diflucan is the one to use at this time. And the book The Yeast Syndrome was written by an expert in the field. I have had this for 17 years and have researched it extensively, I wanted a drug answer as specified in the original question, nothing else. moreResolved Question: I had colonic hydrotherapy.........?

I have bought wheat and gluten free products, rice milk, and only drink herbal tea now, I only eat fish and chicken anyway. I'm fifteen and my mom and I are doing weight watchers together, on our own. (She used to go to the meetings, so she has all the handouts, books and info.) I've lost about ten pounds so far and would like to lose maybe five more. Well, I have candida and my doctor put me on a no sugar, no yeast, no mold foods, no preservatives or additives or processed foods diet to get rid of it. So basically I've been eating organic meat and eggs, and vegetables. I have been really tired so I haven't been doing very much exercise, and from all the protien I'm eating I'm just not hungry. I would randomly get fevers and strange pains in my body. I never felt "normal." After I got mono last year & a couple bouts of tonsilitus everyone thinks my problem is related to candida yeast or CFS. Throughout this time between fourteen and twenty I have had extreem fatigue. If I participated in a sport for an hour or more I would need to rest for two days. My medical history is complicated including possible endometriocys (sp?). I am fatigued, I am sore, I am on a special diet for candida, and I still feel like my head is in a fog. I have no energy, I have random hot flashes. what int he hell coudl I have? (I've been to many doctors) My Mom has been tested for celiacs disease and has been tested negative. I eat very well actually. In fact I am on a sugar free all organic, whole food diet. My Mom and I have very similar symptoms. She started getting sick when she was 20, after getting into a car accident with my Dad (at the time). Even though I have not been in an accident I have had other physical traumas, and yet even where we find most of the same pains is similar. I also had mono almost an entire two years ago, I thought this was residual effects but it shouldn't be for an entire year+!? I go through stages where I'm not as bad, but that's when I force myself to go to bed every night @ 10 pm, even on weekends. If I drink I get way more sick. So obviously I don't. However, it's hard to be 20 and feel like crap. moreResolved Question: tasty salad dressing for anti-candida diet?
if you anyone is familiar with candida (or yeast) one would know that you are not suppose to have those commercially packaged (boxed, bottled or canned) foods especially those salad dressings -like ranch, italian, thousand island...etc. they all have this "high fructose corn syrup" and vinegar that feeds the yeast build up in the body... I was wondering if it is possible for candida sufferers to have salad with these dressings but in SMALL amounts...? I was trying for the longest time to have salad with lemon and olive oil but I would never finish the salad cause it never satisfied my tatse buds. I would think having these salad dressings in a small portion would be fine....or does anyone know a more tastier recipe for salad dressing? Something with out yeasts or sugars or mayo...? moreResolved Question: AHH something is wrong with me! I can not control this!?
I am a 5 ft 4 inch girl who weights around 130 lbs. I do not believe I am fat and I do not gain weight easily. When I think about myself I acctually think that I am in good shape. HOWEVER, I think I have a problem with food. I want to eat eat eat all the time. I can not stop thinking about it and when I do eat out with everyone I not only eat the most out of everyone but I finish before everyone too! I just eat super fast and just way too much for my size of body. Recenlty I found out that I might have a possible yeast infection (candida overgrowth) in my digestive tract/intestines. It makes my tongue hurt after I eat anything... For the past 2 weeks I went on a diet (to not only get rid of my yeast but to try to get rid of my nasty cravings) I ate just shrimp, avocado, nuts, chicken and water.... Then I exploded at my most vulnerable time when I went out to dinner with my dad and I just ate everything!! I can not deprive myself of food and do not know what to do! ah! I have been on the high fiber, high protein, and LOW CARB/SUGAR diet for a while....it seems to work but I do not have energy...and I hate going to doctors...but I might have to... moreResolved Question: iam weak because of poor diet and bad nutrition can someone help me?

The first time, I went to a Nutritionist.......
....who guided me to eat the right Diet, along with Alternative Medicine supplements, to get rid of it. Now, she doesn't work anymore, and I can't afford to go to a Private Nutritionist, so does anyone know the best way to get rid of it without the painstaking Diet of no Wheat, Yeast, Sugar or Salt.....?!? moreResolved Question: Can I Get Rid of Yeast without the Candida Diet?
My doc suspected I had systemic yeast in my stomach whein I went to her complaining of chronich sinus infection & post nasal drip. I tried the diet for this past month and it works. I just don' want to have to do this forever. The only supplements I've been taking are grapefruit seed extract & acidophilus. They're supposed to get rid of the yeast as well. But are there any other supplements I can take to get rid of the yeast? I've heard of Candex & ThreeLac. Does anything else work? Or do I have to stay on the diet for ever? moreResolved Question: Candida overgrowth or Lyme disease? Or both?
About 1 year and a half ago, I started to experience all kinds of symptoms: anxiety attacks, fatigue, chest tightness, muscle aches, tingling in arms and legs, 'snow' in front of eyes, sinus congestion, stomach issues...these symptoms came one and a time but I was affected by pretty much all of them after about a year. Through my own research, I thought that I had candida (yeast) overgrowth and tried the anti-candida program, changing my diet, taking probiotics, and natural anti-fungals. My symptoms decreased and most even dissappeared. Recently, some of them have come back. I know I've been a little more relaxed on the diet. Someone I suggested I get a lyme disease test, b/c the symptoms sounded similar. I asked my GP for one, and it came back inconclusive, with need for another test in a month. So now I'm worried! Apparently the tests done in Canada aren't very reliable and there are not many doctors who know how to effectively treat lyme disease. (See update...) I've heard great things about a local doctor who knows how to treat lyme disease. If you have lyme, the longer you wait, the worse it can get, and the longer the antibiotic treatment is. So my questions for you are: 1. If you go on an anti-candida diet, can lyme disease symptoms improve? 2. Should I go see this doctor asap, and not wait until they test me in a month? Please let me know what you think. Everyone's welcome, but I'd especially like to hear from people who have lyme and/or candida. Thank you! In response to northcountry: I don't recall being bitten by a tick or having a rash...but I do live in an area where ticks carry lyme disease. The symptoms started after I came back from the Mayan Riviera, Mexico, after I got a bad chest cold down there. Based on internet research, I don't believe there are lyme infested ticks there. moreResolved Question: Candida Diet & Post Nasal Drip?
Does anyone know if the Candida Diet can help stop post nasal drip (PND) or chronic sinus infections? My doc has a theory that my PND may be related to yeast in my body since the only time my PND stopped was when I was on Flagyl for a yeast infection. So she put me on the diet but I've yet to find any research saying the diet helps PND specifically. moreResolved Question: Does the Anti-Candida (Yeast) Diet Actually Work?
I have recurring vaginal yeast infections. I do not have diabetes or any other health problems to speak of but, as you can imagine, the vaginal yeast infections get really annoying. Has anyone experienced success getting rid of the infections with the Anti-Candida diet? If so, what did you eat and for how long? And if you did anything else that worked, please share! Blue, I wish we could directly reply to posts, but I wanted to know, what kind of yogurt do you eat? Are you still on the diet? What other foods do you eat? Help would be much appreciated! I have always heard about people who are ON the diet, but I haven't heard about anybody actually fully getting rid of their problem with it, which is why I ask... I don't douche (never have) moreResolved Question: Can you feel ill from the energy around you? Please help.?
Hello, I've heard that one can feel ill or "off" from energies or vibrations around you. For the last year, I've experienced symptoms such as anxiety, tingling, muscle aches, fatigue, stomach issues. After doing my own research and listening to too many doctors tell me it was stress, I decided to go on the anti-candida diet because I thought I had yeast overgrowth. The symptoms did seem to subside. Sometimes, I still get symptoms but I can't explain what caused them. I was told by a clairvoyant friend that my body may be reacting to the world around me. Apparently there's a shift in vibration that's going on and some people are more sensitive to it than others. I was told by a stranger that she saw me as an "indigo" (?) and moving toward a higher level of vibration. She told me that it's common to feel ill if you are 'in tune' with these energies. During my life, I've had a lot of unexplainable things happen. So, what do you think? What can I do to feel better? moreResolved Question: Veggie/vegan and candida?
Is anyone else a vegan or vegetarian and suffer from candida (yeast intolerance)? I do and I can't eat any processed or femented foods such as cheese, vineger, soya products, yoghurts etc. I'm also allergic to dairy. It's really hard and I'm struggling with it as I have to be so careful what I eat. I've started using a protein powder to up my protein intake. I'm very careful and eat a lot of lentils and beans and nuts but I want to be on the safe side. I wonderd if anyone else follows a diet like this? I'm not looking for medical advice as I do have people I talk to, but just interested if anyone else is like this and what they eat. moreResolved Question: Roscea on face?
I have rosacea on my face. I have been taking metro gel and it has helped some what, but still some redness to the face. I was reading that rosacea may be a yeast infection and I started to apply Lamisil to my face and the redness has cleared up some what. It comes and goes, but now I can actually go some time without redness. Has anyone cured their rosacea? I heard about a product called Threelac. I actually think I might have a yeast infection (candida) on the face. I suffered from a bad internal yeast infection and cleared it up with a yeast free diet years ago. I think my body couldn't get rid of the yeast fast enough and it started to use my skin to get rid of it. That is just my theory. I am also allergic to yeast and wheat, but didn't find this out until after i turned 30. My body is probably full of dead yeast! moreResolved Question: i have been diagnosed with candida so need a yeast free diet, can anyone offer any diet help please?
