Recently the company who makes Bratz got sued by Barbie and they can't make any more Bratz after dec. 31. To most Moms, they are dissapointed because it's a toy their daughters have grown to like. To others, these big headed, big eyed makeup heavy fashion dolls are considered trashy and they find the outfits skanky, and can finally breathe a sigh of relief.
To me, they aren't any worse than Barbies. Barbies started the "I must be skinny. I must have a perfect shape" thing, also known as "Barbie Syndrome". Remember in the 60's sleep over Barbie. It said she was only 110 pounds on her mini scale and came with a tiny book that said "How to get skinny" and it said "Don't eat". Remember Teen Talk barbie. "Math class is HARD!".
Barbie has been an astronaut, a teacher, a mom, a gym instructor a race car driver and has definetly became more approperiate, but I don't see how Bratz dolls are so "bad".
So ok maybe Bratz dolls wear short skirts, maybe they wear makeup but they wouldn't appeal to little girls unless they were girly! Bratz dolls are not super skinny. They can be movie stars, rock stars, teachers, play sports, they even have families. Come on guys they have their own SUSHI BAR! How cool is that???? I think baby Bratz are innaproperiate, but there is honestly nothing wrong with Bratz. They are just modern and updated.
Plus bratz is diverse in race! They have white(Cloe), hispanic(Yasmin),asian(Jade), and black(Sasha). Seriously guys has Barbie ever made an Asian barbie I don't think so.
Basically, would you rather have a blonde skinny perfect shape girl saying "Math class is hard!" or a funky girl with a cool attitude who wants to play sports.
So how do you feel about these controversial dolls not being sold anymore? Thanks.!

Okay, maybe some of u havent heard but feb 11 2009 the bratz dolls and probably all related mechandise wont be produced or sold anymore becaus barbie won the law suit againts the bratz. aparentlly not all dolls will disapear but the one that will are everyones favorites Cloe Yasmin Sasha and Jade
if u care about the bratz and what they stand for or if ur kidz do then spread the word and do something about it flood matel with letters of protest, threat letters phone calls anything, dont let the best thing to happen to kids since beetlejuice get taken away

If Bratz are rivaling B@rbi so much then why is it Barbi can be everything a lil girl could dream of while girls that play with Bratz wanna be a Prostitute? My cuz had Jade Rock Angels. and it had holes in the shirt!!!
And the songs. I'm all 4 punk but they make no freaking sence and theyre moaning in em like u no wats happenin and that song "Nobody's Girl" Sez "baby" in it like 8 or 9 times in count, BABY! Hehe.
